When it comes to the iconic Jennifer Aniston, everyone seems to want to know their health and wellness secrets. So when the 54-year-old actress reveal all (as in this steamy shower picture), we’re listening. Luckily for us, Aniston recently ditched her go-to salad recipe which satisfies her and feels healthy — and we’re already hungry.
THE Murder Mystery 2 star said that a healthy diet (in addition to drink waterexercise and get enough sleep) is one of his top tips for aging well in a recent interview with Today. And when it comes to her diet, Aniston loves a well-balanced “really hearty salad.”
Since Aniston is “not a fan of romaine,” she prefers to start by filling her bowl with butter lettuce before adding her favorite toppings. “I love eating mushrooms. I love sprouts. I like a little tomato,” she said Today. “Avocado, Kalamata olives, always cheese, I will never give up my cheese. I’m going to make sliced parmesan, pecorino…feta…or all of them! Sliced almonds, sunflower seeds.
Aniston also likes to add an egg to her salad, either chopped or poached. And to top it off, she’ll use oil and vinegar or salad dressing as her dressing. “And if it’s the weekend, a good old ranch,” she said.
