Kelsea Ballerini has officially entered vacay mode! The country singer just released the cutest recap of her tour with Kenny Chesney, which wrapped up earlier this week in Orange Beach, Alabama. Along with some adorable snaps with Kenny, Kelsea flaunted her abs, her legs and her ability to crush an ice bath.
Country fans loved this content. What makes a duo more dynamic than Kelsea and Kenny? Even Reese Witherspoon gave it her stamp of approval.

THE “MUSCLE MEMORYThe singer certainly knows how to tone hers. The star works with celebrity trainer Erin Oprea to keep her abs toned and fabulous. The trainer said PEOPLE that much of Kelsea’s chiseled belly comes from her diet, but she also hits hard in the gym.

Oprea and Kelsea do Bosu ball tosses (or crunches on a Bosu ball while tossing a weighted ball to a partner), seated clapping, side planks, and elbow planks. When it comes to the diet that keeps her abs stellar, Kelsea uses the 80/2o rule. She loves balancing McDonald’s takeout with the occasional meatless meal. Kelsea’s ex-husband is a vegetarian, so she offered him alternatives. “We cook a lot of lentil bolognese, or we’ll do Mexican bowls with tempeh instead of chorizo,” she said. Form.
