Eva Longoria just toured Cannes, and she’s been to a ton of events while working on some jaw-droppingly gorgeous looks. On the program: a beaded dress that shows how well fitted she is the 48-year-old actress is nowadays.
Eva dropped a photo of herself in the dress on Instagram, while looking amazing next level. In the photo, she looks into the distance as she shows off her strong abs and a small underboob, thanks to a keyhole cutout.
Eva kept the caption simple, writing “💫✨”, and people totally tuned in.
“You are breathtaking 😍😍😍😍,” one wrote in the comments. While another said, “Just perfect 💖💗💖.” Naturally, a ton of 🔥🔥🔥 emojis were dropped.

Of course, Eva made it clear that she goes all out to look so strong. Earlier this month, she shared a video of one of her workouts on IG, where she went through a ton of moves, including squats, resistance band leg exercises, pushups sledding and walking squats.

Eva has already said women’s health that she works out for an hour each day, noting that she uses this time to focus on her body. “I really train for my mental health,” she said.
Eva is also very fond of trampoline workouts – she has spoken on several occasions about her love for JumpSport, a mini trampoline that uses bungee cords. “Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the knocks on your knees,” she said.
As for all the lifting she does, Eva said W.H. that she is “very heavy weight”.
“I feel like my body changes the most when I do this — I wear a heart rate monitor and can see my heart rate go up just from doing a heavy bicep curl,” she said.

Foodwise, Eva said W.H. that she fasts intermittently and only eats between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. She starts her day with black coffee, before making breakfast for her family, usually consisting of egg whites and avocado or refried beans on flour tortillas. Lunch is usually something like steak, fish or chicken with vegetables, with dinner being another version of the same or a hearty soup.
